At Divi Engine, we value customer satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our WordPress Divi plugins. We offer a 14-day refund policy, but refunds are only granted under specific conditions after you have worked with our support team to attempt to resolve the issue.
1. Work with Support Before Requesting a Refund
Before a refund can be considered, you must first contact our support team and allow us to troubleshoot the issue. Refunds are only granted if our team is unable to resolve the problem.
2. Plugin Functionality Issues
If a plugin is not functioning as described and our support team confirms that the issue cannot be fixed, you may be eligible for a refund.
3. Product Description Discrepancy
If a plugin does not match the features or functionality stated on our product page, and our team is unable to clarify or resolve the issue, you may request a refund. We encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about specific features.
4. Proof of Issue Required
To assess and resolve any issue, we require clear details along with supporting proof, such as error logs, live site examples, or screenshots. Without this information, we cannot process a refund request.
5. Download Limitations
Once a plugin has been downloaded, refunds are no longer available to prevent misuse. By downloading the plugin, you waive your right to a refund under consumer laws applicable to digital products.
6. Subscription Renewals
Refunds for automatic or accidental subscription renewals are limited to 50% of the renewal amount, provided the request is made within 14 days of renewal. Refunds are not available after this period. Customers are responsible for monitoring renewal dates, as we send reminders before the renewal occurs. A refund will result in the termination of access to the plugin(s).
7. Refund Exceptions at Divi Engine’s Discretion
Refunds requested for reasons other than functionality issues or subscription renewals are granted only at the sole discretion of Divi Engine. If an exception is made, a 10% processing fee may apply to cover administrative and transaction costs. By downloading the plugin, you forfeit any further rights to a refund unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Divi Engine.
