Refund Policy
At Divi Engine, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality WordPress Divi plugins. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, applying for 14 days from the date of purchase:
- Plugin Functionality Issues: If a plugin is not functioning properly and our team cannot resolve the issue, you are eligible for a refund.
- Product Description Discrepancy: If the plugin does not perform as described on our product page, you may request a refund. Please contact us for any queries about specific features.
- Proof Requirement for Non-Functionality: In cases where the plugin is not working as expected, we require a detailed explanation and proof, such as logs, live site examples, or screenshots.
- Limitation on Downloads: The refund policy is void if a plugin is downloaded at least once, to prevent misuse. This complies with laws regarding digital products such as our plugins, so please know, that once downloaded, you have waived your right to a refund under consumer laws.
- Refund Post-Resolution Attempts: Refunds are issued only after all conditions are met and our team has exhausted all efforts to resolve the issue to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Automatic or Unintentional Renewals: Refunds for automatic or unintentional subscription renewals will be limited to 50% of the renewal amount, provided the request is made within 14 days of the renewal date. No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the renewal date, as notifications are sent prior to renewal. All refunds issued will result in the termination of access to the product(s) for which the refund is processed.
- 14-Day Refunds for Other Reasons: In addition to refunds for plugin functionality issues, if a refund is requested for any other reason within 14 days of purchase, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This deduction covers administrative and transaction costs incurred. By downloading any plugin, you waive any further rights to a refund unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Divi Engine. The policy regarding refunds for functionality issues remains unchanged.
